"We see ourselves as separate, but we are all connected. The Alaskan fisherman, the Chicago businessman, the Iowa farmer and you and I, all share the same connection with the ocean. The ocean controls our atmosphere and regulates our climate. It gives us rain on the plains, snow in the mountains, and makes our land habitable. We can't begin to make good decisions about protecting the ocean unless we know a little about who lives there. Showing people what animals call the ocean home is our first step." Mark Conlin
