"Snake in the Grass"

Spotted Moray (Gymnothorax moringa). Singer Island, Florida. I came across this spotted moray peering through a bed of algae in 100ft. of water in a dive site swept by a fierce current. I fought to maintain equilibrium and make the photo. While I struggled, the moray just looked at me, and I believe that if it could have smiled, it would have.
